Teespromax accepts returns and refunds within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and original packaging. Please do not send any item back without prior confirmation from our support team.

We accept refund requests within 30 days after delivery for eligible items returned in their original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Once your return is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are custom-made using print-on-demand production. Processing takes 3-5 business days, after which your order will be shipped.
- United States: 5-10 business days after processing. Flat rate $5.99.
- International (Europe, Australia, Canada): 8-15 business days after processing. Flat rate $13.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What is your return and refund policy?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing Support@teespromax.com. After this window, the order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
