How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are custom-made using print-on-demand production. Processing takes 3-5 business days, after which your order will be shipped.

  • United States: 5-10 business days after processing. Flat rate $5.99.
  • International (Europe, Australia, Canada): 8-15 business days after processing. Flat rate $13.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Full policy here.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing Support@teespromax.com. After this window, the order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
