Chicago Cubs Northern Illinois University Hat 2026 Giveaway – Special Corduroy Hat for Huskies
What’s Special About the Chicago Cubs Northern Illinois University Hat 2026 Giveaway?
The Chicago Cubs Northern Illinois University Hat 2026 Giveaway is a special edition hat for Chicago Cubs fans and the Northern Illinois University Huskies community. Part of the 2026 College Cap Series, it’s being released alongside the Northern Illinois University Chicago Special Ticket Offer at Wrigley Field.
The event takes place on Wednesday, September 16th, during the Chicago Cubs vs. Atlanta Braves game. Purchasing this special ticket package includes a game ticket and a highly collectible Cubs x NIU corduroy hat. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket package will also be donated to the Northern Illinois University Alumni Fund.
Cubs x NIU Huskies Design: A Bold University Style
This cap stands out with its elegant cream background and corduroy fabric creating a soft, classic ribbed effect. The front features embroidered Chicago lettering with a red and black border, paired with a small NIU Huskies logo, creating a balance between the Chicago Cubs baseball spirit and the pride of Northern Illinois University.
The back of the cap has neatly embroidered Chicago Cubs lettering and a convenient adjustable plastic buckle, suitable for various head sizes. The overall design is versatile, perfect for wearing to Wrigley Field, as well as for streetwear, casual, or everyday college outfits.
Cotton Velvet Material & Sharp Embroidery
The product uses soft, breathable cotton velvet material with good durability for frequent use. The corduroy surface provides a more premium feel compared to regular plain cotton caps.
The logo and lettering details are finished with sharp embroidery, making the image stand out, retain its color, and maintain its shape over time. This is a worthwhile choice for Cubs fans, NIU alumni, Huskies students, or anyone who loves limited-edition sports caps with commemorative significance.
