1) Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We gladly accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal.. All transactions are securely processed to protect your information.
2) Shipping Charges
Flat Rate Shipping:
- United States: Flat Rate $5.99 per order
- International (Europe, Australia, Canada, Germany, and France): Flat Rate $13.00 per order
3) Order Changes & Cancellations
You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing Support@teespromax.com. After 6 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled, but you can still update your shipping address before the package is shipped.
4) Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns for defective, damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size items are eligible for exchange or refund. Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items.
For returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval or after the returned item is received.
